Práce se soustřeďuje na obraz stavebních a demoličních odpadů v české zákonné úpravě, předkládá ale i nahlédnutí do unijní úpravy, která byla pro formování českých předpisů týkajících se odpadového hospodářství klíčová. The work focuses on the image of construction and demolition waste in the Czech legislation, but also presents an insight into the EU legislation, which was key to the formation of Czech regulations on waste management.
