Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá systémovou softwarovou informační podporovou jednotlivých činností vymáhavého oddělení ve FÚ v Benešově. Řeší jednak etapu postupného zdokonalování současného funkčního a používaného systému a dále rozvíjí jeho rozšíření. Za tímto účelem používá účinných manažerských nástrojů, zejména však metodu BSC. Graduation theses is dealt with system software information support of particular activities made by an execution department of Tax Office in Benešov. It solves a stepwise refinement of current used system and then evolving its expansion. For this purpose it uses effectual manager instruments, especially BSC method.
