Analysis of Internal Accounting Guidelines for the Municipal Authority of Otrokovice

Abstract:

Jedním z cílů bakalářské práce "Analýza vnitřních účetních směrnic pro Městský úřad Otrokovice" bylo shrnutí problematiky vnitřních účetních směrnic, jejich význam a využití, týkajících se územně samosprávných celků. Hlavním důvodem práce však byla analýza těchto směrnic na Městském úřadě v Otrokovicích. Nejdříve byla uvedena teoretická východiska zabývající se účetnictvím v České republice a jeho úprava pro oblast územně samosprávních celků. Dále byla řešena veškerá problematika týkající se vnitřních účetních směrnic u těchto územně samosprávních celků. Následně byla popsána organizace a provedena analýza současného stavu vnitřních účetních směrnic. Mimo to, v souladu s platnou legislativou a doporučením vedoucího ekonomického odboru na městském úřadě byla vypracována nová vnitřní směrnice.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis "Analysis of Internal Accounting Guidelines for the Municipal Authority of Otrokovice" is to summarize problematics of internal accounting guidelines concerning territorial administrative regions, their meaning and usage. However, the main aim of the thesis is to analyse these guidelines at the Municipal Authority of Otrokovice. There are theoretical statements concerning accountancy in the Czech Republic and their variation for territorial administrative units in the first part of the thesis. Problematics of internal accounting guidelines is also included. Thereafter the analysis of contemporary state of concerning guidelines follows. New internal guidelines were produced in accordance with the valid legislative and with agreement of the Head of Economical Department at Municipal Authority Otrokovice.
