Formální modely oscilací v biologii a jejich analýza
Formal models of biological oscillation and their analysis
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the specification of oscillatory properties and their analysis on selected models. Specifically, two models for the circadian rhythms of cyanobacteria and two minimal oscillatory models have been chosen. Their translation into BioNetGen Language (BNGL) have been considered as a starting point. The thesis contains a summary of selected techniques for formal specification and analysis …moreAbstract:
Táto práca sa zaoberá špecifikáciou oscilačných vlastností a ich analýzou na vybraných modeloch. Konkrétne ide o dva modely cirkadiálnych rytmov siníc a dva minimálne modely oscilácií. Východiskom je ich prepis do jazyka BioNetGen Language (BNGL). Práca obsahuje prehľad vybraných techník pre formálnu špecifikáciu a analýzu oscilačných vlastností. Základné vlastnosti oscilácií sú definované najmä pomocou …more
