In this thesis we study the impact of fast MRI imaging techniques on the acquired BOLD fMRI signal. In the theoretical part we introduced the basic principles of magnetic resonance imaging, we explained the formation of BOLD signal and described the specifics of fMRI imaging. V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme sledovaní vlivu rychlých zobrazovacích technik MRI na pozorovaný BOLD fMRI signál. V teoretické části jsme uvedli základní principy zobrazovaní pomocí magnetické rezonance, vysvětlili jsme vznik BOLD signálu a uvedli specifika fMRI zobrazovaní.
