Předmětem bakalářské práce je evidence vodních toků v katastru nemovitostí. Jde o téma nové, doposud nezpracované, orientované zejména na způsob evidence vlastnických práv k pozemkům koryt vodních toků v katastru nemovitostí. The subject of this bachelor dissertation it is to record the water streams in the real estates cadastre. It is a new theme, not elaborated until now, orientated mainly to the way of recording the ownership rights to the land of the water streams beds in the real estates cadastre.
