Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jednotlivými generacemi současného století, které se momentálně uplatňují na trhu práce nebo se teprve budou ucházet o pracovní pozici. Autor této práce vymezí teoretickou část, kde čtenářům přiblíží danou charakteristiku jednotlivých generací. This bachelor's thesis deals with individual generations of the twenty-first century, currently in the labour market or who will be applying for a job. The author defines the theoretical part, where she introduces the characteristics of individual generations.
