Active employment policy focused on clients in material need

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Aktivní politika zaměstnanosti zaměřená na klienty v hmotné nouzi" zkoumá efektivitu nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti zejména u osob v hmotné nouzi. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny a popsány pojmy nezaměstnanost a také její důsledky, následně pak nezaměstnanost v kontextu sociální práce a hmotné nouze. Dále práce vymezuje státní politiku zaměstnanosti, její aktivní i pasivní složku a popisuje jednotlivé nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Dále popisuje stav hmotné nouze a dávkový systém zabývající se touto problematikou. Nakonec teoretická část práce vymezuje vybraná specifika nezaměstnanosti v okrese Teplice. Empirická část pak analyzuje jednotlivé nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a hodnotí jejich efektivitu z pohledu umístění evidovaných uchazečů do zaměstnání. Zkoumá vliv využití nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti na míru nezaměstnanosti v okrese Teplice, a to zejména u klientů v hmotné nouzi. Sledované období je 1. pololetí roku 2018.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis Active employment policy focusing on clients in material need examines the effectiveness of active employment policy tools, especially among people in material need. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are defined and described the terms such us unemployment and its consequences, and then unemployment in the context of social work and material need. Furthermore, the bachelor thesis explains the state employment policy and its active and passive components, also refers to individual tools of active employment policy, following up the clarification of the state of material need and benefit system dealing with this issue. In conclusion, the theoretical part specifies selected unemployment particularities in Teplice. The empirical part of the thesis analyses individual tools of active employment policy and evaluates their effectiveness in terms of placement of registered job applicants. Also examines the influence of the use of active employment policy tools on unemployment rate in Teplice, especially among clients in material need. The observed period is the first half of 2018.
