Tato práce pojednává o vlivu záplav a povodní na tržní ceny nemovitostí. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První část seznamuje čtenáře s hlavním tématem a obsahuje i vlastní průzkum, který potvrdí či vyvrátí hlavní tezi bakalářské práce. Druhá část je tvořena dvěma oceněními. This thesis discusses the impact of floods and inundation the market price of real estate. The work is divided into three parts.
