Abstract:
Tato práce se předně věnuje osobě poškozeného a zajištění jeho nároku na náhradu škody, nemajetkové újmy nebo nároku na vydání bezdůvodného obohacení způsobené mu trestným činem. Jsou v ní tedy podrobněji popsány jednotlivé zajišťovací instituty. Stručně je pak v práci zahrnuta také otázka správy zajištěného majetku. This thesis covers primarily the injured person and securing his claim for material damage, moral damage or restitutionary remedy on the ground of unjust enrichment, caused to him by a crime.
