Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje návrh podnikatelského záměru na zřízení fitness řetězce v České republice. V práci jsou uvedena veškerá specifika a podmínky, které musí podnikatel splňovat pro činnost v tomto oboru. Návrh podnikatelského záměru vychází z analýzy konkurenčních zařízení. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis contains a business model draft for founding a fitness chain in Czechia. It describes all specifities and requirements necessary to conduct business in this industry. The draft is based on a competitor analysis and contains marketing activities, financial and business strategies. A practically applicable model is constructed based on these findings and external sources.
