Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na pěstování, zpracování, přípravu čaje a chemickým složením čajových lístků. Dále se zabývá syntézou biologicky aktivních látek v rostlinných materiálech a jejich konverzi v rozmezí od přípravy čaje až po přeměnu v lidském organismu po jeho konzumaci. This graduation theses deals with the cultivation, processing, preparation of tea and the chemical composition of tea leaves in the theoretical part.
