Anotace:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem získávání informací u osob se zrakovým postižením a možnostmi odstraňování informačních bariér. Teoretická část práce pojednává o problematice reedukace a kompenzace zraku, sociální rehabilitaci a úloze poradenství v životech jedinců se zrakovým postižením. Seznamuje s konkrétními možnostmi zpřístupňování informací, jako je Braillovo bodové písmo, tyflografika, pomůcky odstraňující informační deficit, využití internetu, návštěvy hmatových výstav či využívání služeb knihoven. Praktická část práce zjišťuje prostřednictvím rozhovorů s osobami s těžkým zrakovým postižením jejich subjektivní zkušenosti a názory týkající se problematiky informačních bariér a možností získávání a zpracovávání informací

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the theme of the information obtaining from the visual impairment persons and with the possibilities of the elimination of the informational barriers. The theoretical part treats of the problems of reeducation and compensation of eyesight, social rehabilitation and the importance of counselling in the lives of visual impairment persons. It acquaints with the concrete possibilities of the information obtaining, e.g. Braill system , typhlographics, the tools for the elimination of the informational deficit, the Internet usage, the visits of haptic exhibitions or the use of the library service. By the means of the interviews with the visual impairment persons, the practical part tries to discover their subjective experience and their opinions on the task of the problems of informational barriers and the possibilities of the obtaining of information and the information processing
