Procedural Fine According to the Code of Administrative Procedure
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o pořádkové pokutě podle správního řádu. Účelem práce je přehledně a srozumitelně popsat a v uceleném textu seznámit s institutem pořádkové pokuty a její aplikací ve správní praxi. V práci je použita metoda analýzy právních předpisů a soudních rozhodnutí. Jádrem práce je právní úprava a aplikace pořádkové pokuty podle ustanovení § 62 zákona č. 500/2004 Sb., správní řád.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with a disciplinary fine under the administrative code. The purpose of this work is to present a comprehensive, clear text which describes the institute of disciplinary fine and its application in administrative practice.
