Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Intelligence in Children and Youth

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením pojmů a teoretických východisek z oblasti emoční, interpersonální a metakognitivní inteligence u dětí a mládeže. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu inteligence, na vymezení různých přístupů ke studiu inteligence, na specifikaci personálních forem inteligence a na vývoj personální inteligence v období dospívání. Empirická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na zjištění celkové emoční inteligence u dětí a mládeže v 6. a v 9. třídách na ZŠ Kamenačky v Brně, na ZŠ ve Šlapanicích a na ZŠ Holzova v Brně, a zjištění úrovně emoční inteligence v dílčích oblastech.

Abstract:

The thesis addresses the defininition of terms and theoretical solutions related to emotional sphere, childrens´and youngsters´interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the term of intelligence and also defining various ways of accesses to studying intelligence, specification of personal style of intelligence and personal intelligence development process during teen years. The empiric part of the thesis focuses on finding out childrens´ and youngsters´ total emotional inteligence at 6th and 9th classes of Primary School Kamenačky Brno, Primary School Šlapanice and Primary School Holzova Brno and also finding out the level of emotional inteligence in partial fields.
