Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice, jak zefektivnit jednu z vybraných výrobních linek ve firmě Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o., Trutnov. Výrobní linka byla přestěhovaná do vhodnějšího prostoru výrobní haly, bylo změněno rozvržení linky, tzv. layout, a byl aplikován jiný způsob obsluhy linky tzv. ?Rabbit chase? neboli ?Hon na zajíce?. This diploma thesis discuss about issue how to increase the efficiency on one of the production line at Continental Automotive Czech Republic s.r.o., Trutnov. This production line was relocated, the layout of the line was changed and ?Rabbit chase? was aplicated.
