Cílem diplomové práce je objasnění hlavní výzkumné otázky: Co může přispět k větší motivaci a stabilizaci dělníků ve firmě ISS a.s.? Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části práce jsou vymezeny teoretické pojmy týkající se lidských zdrojů, motivace, stimulace a jsou zmíněny hlavní teorie motivace. The main objective of my thesis is an explanation of the principal research question: What would support motivation and stabilization of production workers in the ISS company?
