Abstract:
Má práce má 3 cíle: 1)poskytnutí základních definic klíčových nehmotných statků tj. vynálezu, užitného vzoru, průmyslového vzoru, ochranné známky,autorského práva a know-how 2)zaměření se na úpravu výše uvedených nehmotných statků komunitárním právem 3)pojednání o vlastním obchodu s nehmotnými statky (tj. licenční smlouvy)
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis is divided into three parts: 1)basic definitions as to ivention, utility model, industrial design, trademark, copyright and know-how 2)legal regulation of the terms listed above by the EU Law 3)intellectual property trade itself, i.e. licences
