Bakalářská práce se zabývá činností a posláním Probační a mediační služby ČR a vybranými charakteristikami, činnostmi a postupy probačního úředníka. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí – teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části se věnuji historii a vzniku tohoto institutu, dále potom konceptu resortativní justice a alternativním trestům. This Bachelor thesis deals with the activity and mission of the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic and selected characteristics, activities and approaches of a probation worker.
