Occupational therapy for clients after stroke, focusing on the practice of self-sufficiency training

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci na téma "Ergoterapie u klientů po cévní mozkové příhodě se zaměřením na nácvik soběstačnosti" se zabývám problematikou a ergoterapií u diagnózy CMP a kladu důraz na výcvik soběstačnosti klienta. V teoretické části definuji CMP, popisuji jeho charakteristiku a epidemiologii, uvádím stručné anatomicko-fyziologické poznámky, klasifikaci CMP, rizikové faktory, etiologii, klinické příznaky, diagnostiku a léčbu. Pojednávám o možnostech léčebné rehabilitace, ergoterapie a uvádím způsoby testování a metody, které se využívají u osob po CMP. V hlavní části se zaměřuji na ergoterapii u klienta po CMP, kterého jsem si pro svou bakalářskou práci zvolila. Provedla jsem ergoterapeutické vyšetření a na jeho základě jsem určila krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán a realizovala jej. Po závěrečném vyšetření jsem stanovila dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with Occupational therapy for clients after stroke, focusing on the practice of self-sufficiency training, I deal with issues and occupational therapy for stroke diagnosis and I emphasize the training of client self-sufficiency. In the theoretical part, I define stroke, describe its characteristics and epidemiology, I present brief anatomical and physiological notes, the classification of stroke, risk factors, etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnostics and treatment. I discuss the possibilities of rehabilitation, occupational therapy and I present methods of testing and methods that are used for people after stroke. In the main part, I focus on occupational therapy for the client after stroke, which I have chosen for my bachelor thesis. I've done an occupational therapy examination and on that basis I identified a short occupational therapy plan and I implemented it. After the final examination, I determined a long-term occupational therapy plan.
