Tato bakalářská práce „Optimalizace kapitálové struktury vybraného podniku“ pojednává o možnostech analýzy kapitálové struktury a teoriích zabývajícími se optimální kapitálovou strukturou. This thesis „The optimization of capital structure of the chosen company” treats of possibilities of capital structure analysis and optimal capital structure theories. In the practical part I apply the theoretical knowledge and analyze the capital structure of TQM – holding s.r.o. using absolute and relative indicators.
