Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou možnosti sociální práce v oblasti prevence užívání drog u klientů výchovného ústavu. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti sociální práce v oblasti prevence užívání drog u klientů dvou vybraných výchovných ústavů. V empirické části bakalářské práce je popsán realizovaný výzkum využívající kvalitativní strategie, metodu případové studie. Technikami sběru dat jsou analýza dokumentů a polostandardizovaný rozhovor. Na základě výzkumu je zjištěno, že nynější možnosti sociálního pracovníka ve výchovném ústavu v oblasti prevence užívání drog jsou poradenství, rozhovor, individuální práce s jednotlivcem a podávání návrhů ostatním pracovníkům na možnosti zástupných aktivit. Závěrem mé bakalářské práce je, že možnosti sociální práce v oblasti prevence by mohly být účinnější, pokud by byl větší prostor pro přímou sociální činnost sociálních pracovníků a jasné vymezení jejich možností a kompetencí. Chybí přímá sociální činnost s dětmi, kde by sociální pracovník využil své teoretické znalosti a aplikoval metody a teorie v praxi. Další mé doporučení směřuje k vedení výchovných ústavů na zajištění adiktologických služeb v rámci prevence užívání drog.

Abstract:

The theme of the bachelor thesis is Possibilities of social work in the field of prevention of drug use by clients of the educational institute. The aim of the thesis is to find out what are the possibilities of social work in the field of prevention of drug use by clients of two selected educational institutes. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis describes the realized research using qualitative strategies, the method of case study. Data collection techniques are document analysis and semi-standardized conversation. Based on the research, it is found that the current possibilities of a social worker in an educational institute in the field of prevention of drug use are counselling, interviewing, individual work with the individual and submitting proposals to other workers on the possibility of representative activities. The conclusion of my bachelor's thesis is that social work opportunities in the field of prevention could be more effective if there was more scope for direct social activity of social workers and a clear definition of their possibilities and competences. There is a lack of direct social activity with children, where the social worker would use his theoretical knowledge and apply methods and theories in practice. Another recommendation of me is to lead educational institutes to provide addicological services in the prevention of drug use.
