Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je aplikována SWOT analýza, která vyhodnocuje pomocí matice IFE a EFE výsledky interní a externí analýzy podniku. Jsou hodnoceny silné a slabé stránky společnosti, dále pak příležitosti a hrozby vyskytující se na trhu. Dochází díky tomu k závěru, že podnik má nadprůměrně dobré silné stránky, nicméně se objevují hrozby, které nemohou být ovlivněny. Je proto důležité se nachystat na …more

A SWOT analysis is applied in the bachelor's thesis which evaluates the internal and external results of the company analysis by using the IFE and EFE matrix. The strengths and weaknesses of the company are evaluated as well as opportunities and threats which could occur on the market. It is concluded that the company has above average of good strengths.
