Real-Estate Tax as a Part of Municipal Tax Incomes
Abstract:
Ve své práci se zaobírám problematikou daně z nemovitosti ve vztahu k příjmům obecního rozpočtu. V 10 kapitolách a jejich podkapitolách se zabývám rozpočtovým určením daní ve vztahu k obcím, zdaněním nemovitostí v ČR a porovnáním s vybranými státy EU. Pozornost věnuji problematickým oblastem z hlediska obce a navrhuji řešení de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
My final essy deals with the problems of the real estate tax in relation to the incomes from the municipal budget. I occupe myself with the budget determination of taxes in the relatioship with the municipalities, further with the taxation of the real estates in the Czech Republic and the comparison with the selected countries of the EU – in ten chapters and their subheads.
