Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme fluorescenční funkcionalizaci magnetických nanočástic oxidů železa připravených v plazmatu a jejich biologickým účinkům. Toho bylo dosaženo jejich navázáním na kvantové tečky. Zatímco samotné nanočástice byly analyzovány rentgenovou strukturní analýzou, nanočástice s kvantovými tečkami byly zkoumány fluorescenčními metodami. Abstract:
In this thesis we study fluorescent functionalisation of plasma prepared magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles and their biological effects. This was achieved by their binding to quantum dots. While raw nanoparticles were analyzed by X-ray structural analysis, the nanoparticles with quantum dots were investigated by fluorescent methods.
