Tato diplomová práce se zabývá důležitými aspekty sociálního zákonodárství v období první ČSR. Cílem této práce je analýza a zhodnocení prvorepublikového sociálního zákonodárství. Tato práce vymezuje důležité pojmosloví k uvedenému tématu, hodnotí převzetí právní úpravy předchozího státoprávního uspořádání a vliv první světové války na oblast sociální politiky.
