Abstract:
Účelem této práce "Elektronizace justice" je popsat postupné zavádění informačních a komunikačních technologií v rámci Justice. Práce obsahuje jak poznatky právní, technické, teoretické, tak i uživatelské. Klade si za cíl přiblížit široké veřejnosti projekt eJustice a procesy s ním spojené.
Abstract:
The purpose of this work " Computerization of judiciary" is to describe the implementation of information and communication technologies into the Justice. The work includes both knowledge of legal, technical, theoretical and user. The work aims to inform the general public project eJustice in our country and processes associated with it.
