Cílem této práce je vymezení mezinárodněprávních, právních a politických aspektů vytvoření a působení gacaca systému ve Rwandě. Práce popisuje a analyzuje jak legislativní úpravu gacaca systému a její změny, tak fungování gacaca soudů v praxi. The aim of this work is to characterize legal and political implications of the establishment and functioning of the inkiko gacaca in Rwanda. It provides a description and an analysis of its legal framework and its amendments as well as of practical functioning of the gacaca courts.
