Plant drinks as alternatives to mammals milk

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku související s konzumací kravského mléka. Popisuje rizika a vznik nemocí spojené s jeho nadměrnou konzumací. V práci jsou popsány technologie výrob, složení a srovnání značek rostlinných alternativ k mléku savců. Zabývá se zařazením těchto alternativ, z hlediska jejich obsahu živin, do čistě rostlinné stravy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the problems related to the consumption of cow's milk. It describes the risks and illnesses associated with its excessive consumption. In the thesis, there are also described technology of production, composition, and comparison of plant alternatives to mammalian milk. It deals with the implementation of these alternatives, from the viewpoint of their nutrient content, to the plant-based diet.
