Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problém možné trestné činnosti, jejímž objektem je senior, na ochranu seniorů a jejich prevenci. V první kapitole je charakterizován senior se svými specifiky, jsou uvedeny důvody páchání trestné činnosti na seniorech a jejich nejčastější forma. The bachelor thesis is focused on the possible criminal activities targeting seniors, their protection, and prevention.
