Gastronomical Concept with the Focus on People in Retirement Age
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření gastronomického konceptu zaměřeného na lidi v důchodovém věku. V textu bakalářské práce je položena tato výzkumná otázka – „Jaký gastronomický koncept je nejvhodnější z hlediska potřeb a požadavků dotázaných osob v důchodovém věku?“. V práci jsou využity metody dotazování, analýzy, dedukce a syntézy.
Abstract:
The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to create a gastronomic concept focused on people of retirement age. The text of the bachelor's thesis asks this research question - "What gastronomic concept is most appropriate in terms of the needs and requirements of respondents in retirement age?". The work uses methods of survey, analysis, deduction and synthesis.
