Abstract:
This thesis describes the High Energy Aerobic Training- H.E.A.T. program and compares it with another aerobic program- Spinning program. It examines the effectiveness of both aerobic programs for weight reduction. It contains partial measurements and final processed results of the acquired data.

Diplomová práca popisuje High Energy Aerobic Training- H.E.A.T. program a porovnáva ho s ďalším aeróbnym programom- Spinning programom. Skúma účinnosť oboch aeróbnych programov pri redukcii hmotnosti. Obsahuje priebežné merania a konečné spracovanie výsledkov získaných dát.
