Abstract:
This thesis describes the High Energy Aerobic Training- H.E.A.T. program and compares it with another aerobic program- Spinning program. It examines the effectiveness of both aerobic programs for weight reduction. It contains partial measurements and final processed results of the acquired data.Abstract:
Diplomová práca popisuje High Energy Aerobic Training- H.E.A.T. program a porovnáva ho s ďalším aeróbnym programom- Spinning programom. Skúma účinnosť oboch aeróbnych programov pri redukcii hmotnosti. Obsahuje priebežné merania a konečné spracovanie výsledkov získaných dát.
