Práce posuzovala kvalitu řízení lidských zdrojů s přihlédnutím k momentální situaci na trhu práce za poslední čtyři roky. Teoretická část obsáhla stručnou legislativu a popis fungování oddělení lidských zdrojů v soukromé sféře podnikání.
