Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je "Sociální bydlení a systém bydlení nízkopříjmových skupin obyvatelstva ve městě Karviná". Cílem diplomové práce je popsat systém pomoci bydlení ve městě Karviná a zjistit, jak pracovníci organizací pomáhající s bydlením vnímají možnosti a limity systému pomoci v oblasti bydlení ve městě Karviná. Diplomová práce je koncipována jako teoreticko-výzkumná. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici politiky bydlení, sociálního bydlení a také různých pojmů, které se této problematiky týkají. Cílem výzkumné části je zjistit, jak pracovníci organizací pomáhající s bydlením vnímají možnosti a limity systému pomoci v oblasti bydlení ve městě Karviná. Data ve výzkumné části byla získána pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzou dokumentů.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is "Social housing and the housing system of low-income groups in the town of Karviná". The aim of the thesis is to describe the housing assistance system in the town of Karviná and to find out how employees of housing assistance organizations perceive the possibilities and limits of the housing assistance system in the town of Karviná. The thesis is conceived as a theoretical and research. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of housing policy, social housing and also various concepts that relate to this issue. The aim of the research part is to find out how the employees of housing assistance organizations perceive the possibilities and limits of the housing assistance system in the town of Karviná. The data in the research part were obtained by means of semi-structured interviews and document analysis.
