Tato práce se zabývá výběrem rozhodného práva rozhodci v mezinárodní obchodní arbitráži. Zaměřuje se na přístupy jednotlivých národních ustanovení a ustanovení rozhodčích pravidel významných rozhodčích institucí. Popisuje tradiční i netradiční metody používané k výběru. This text deals with the choice of applicable law in international commercial arbitration by arbitrators. It focuses on approach of both national provisions and arbitration rules to this issue and it describes both traditional and non-traditional methods of choice used by arbitrators.
