Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá projevy nonverbální složky komunikace u prodejců v cestovních kancelářích/ agenturách při jednání se zákazníkem. Počáteční část diplomové práce pojednává o komunikaci obecně. Následující část je věnována podrobnému zpracování problematiky nonverbální složky komunikace a jejím jednotlivým projevům, spolu s doporučeními pro efektivnější obchodní jednání zejména v cestovních kancelářích/ agenturách. Vzápětí je pojednáno také o osobnosti prodejce a souvisejících specifikách, podstatných pro realizaci úspěšného obchodního jednání v cestovních kancelářích/ agenturách. Každý z nás disponuje schopností vyjádřit své emoční stavy a prožitky, které sdílíme především skrze řeč našeho těla. Uvedeného způsobu komunikace si nejsme vždy vědomi a nejsme schopni vždy ovlivnit, či běžně zaregistrovat její projevy. K zachycení a odhalení nonverbálních projevů v prezentované případové studii byla proto zvolena detailní a přesná rekonstrukce pořízené videonahrávky. Zobrazená je v práci pomocí jednotlivých snímků, uvedených po vteřinových intervalech v přesné časové posloupnosti. To nám umožňuje odhalit struktury, které mohou být pro vzájemnou interakci a vztahy mezi účastníky obchodního jednání v cestovních kancelářích/ agenturách zcela zásadní.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the nonverbal comunication between the travel agencies and their customers. The first part of the thesis deals with the comunication in general. The following part contains the detailed description of the nonverbal comunication and its individual signs, as well as the recomendations for more effective business negotiations in travel agencies are described. The personality of the seller and related aspects important for the successful business negotiation are also discussed. Each of us has the ability to express our emotional states and experiences, especially using the body language. We are not always aware of this way of communication nor we are able to influence or even register its manifestations. Therefore, the precise reconctruction of the captured video was used to catch and reveal the nonverbal comunication in the case study. In the printed version of the thesis, this video is devided into sigle slides, each represents one second of the record. This allows us to identify the structures which may be essential for the interaction and the relationships between travel agencies and their customers.
