Diplomová práce se zabývá vzdělávacími potřebami začínajících farářů Českobratrské církve evangelické. Teoretická část práce je věnována Českobratrské církvi evangelické, profesi faráře a jejímu ukotvení v pomáhajících profesích a také vzdělávacím potřebám v kontextu celoživotního učení. The diploma thesis is focused on the educational needs of beginning parsons of the Protestant Church of the Czech Brethren. The theoretical part is about the Protestant Church of the Czech Brethren, the parson´s profession and its classification within helping professions and also about the educational needs in the context of lifelong learning.
