Production budget planning in a selected company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem „Plánování rozpočtu výroby ve vybraném podniku“. V teoretické část jsou shrnuty základní pojmy v oblasti rozpočtů, nákladů a kalkulací a jejich rozdělení. V praktické části je představena společnost, její hlavní činnost a současný stav plánování výroby. Na základě teoretických poznatků shrnutých v první části, byly provedeny kroky směřující k sestavení rozpočtu výroby pro vybrané výrobky společnosti. Poté byla zanalyzována situace z části období, na který byl rozpočet sestaven a navrhnuta opatření do budoucna.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with topic “Production budget planning in a selected company”. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts in the field of budgets, costs and calculations and their distribution. In the practical part, the company is introduced, and its main activity and current state of production planning are presented. Based on the theoretical knowledge summarized in the first part, steps were taken to establish production budget for selected products of the company. Then was analysed the situation of the part of period for which the budget was set up and were propose future measures.
