Optimalization of organization structure
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu organizační struktury vybraného podniku a návrh vhodné restrukturalizace. První část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům dané problematiky, druhá část analyzuje současnou podobu organizační struktury vybraného podniku a její ovlivňující faktory. Předkládá návrh vhodného řešení.
Abstract:
The submitted thesis focuses on the organization structure of a chosen company in order to propose recommendations for its optimalization. The first part of the thesis covers the theoretical knowledge of the issue, while the second part conducts an analysis of the current state of the organization structure of the chosen company and proposes certain improvements to it.
