Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje financování činnosti finančního arbitra, je v ní uveden řešený rozpor s právem EU, navržené možné varianty řešení a jsou zde zmíněny některé způsoby financování činnosti finančních ombudsmanů ve vybraných státech Evropské unie.
Abstract:
The presented thesis analyses different ways of financing a Financial Arbiter with special attention on the legal situation in Czech Republic.
