Diploma thesis "Influence of external and internal environment of the hotel on its financial position" analyzes the financial condition of Spa and Wellness Hotel Harmony in Mariánské Lázně. The aim of the thesis is to map the positive and negative influences that affect the hotel and then mitigate these negative effects, eliminate, or prevent them most effectively.
