Diplomová práce se zabývá obnovenou fází retribučního soudnictví v roce 1948. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapování činnosti Mimořádného lidového soudu v Uherském Hradišti v tomto období a odpověď na otázku, do jaké míry byl zdejší soud poznamenán tzv. třídním soudnictvím. The thesis is focused on the renewed phase of the retribution in 1948. The main aim of the work is to describe the activities of the Extraordinary People's Court in Uherske Hradiste during this period and answer the question of the extent to which this court has been denounced by so-called class justice.
