Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je zhodnocení úrovně CRM ve vybraném podniku, návrh vytvoření hodnoty pro zákazníka a návrh doporučení v oblasti CRM. Zhodnocení úrovně CRM je zajištěno pomocí modelu CRACK a SWOT analýzy.
Abstract:
Object of dissertation thesis is evaluation of CRM level in selected company, proposal to create value for customer and proposal of recommendation in CRM area. Evaluation of CRM level is arranged with CRACK model and SWOT analysis.
