Diplomová práce se věnuje europeizaci trestního práva hmotného. Po krátkém uvedení do problematiky následuje historický exkurs věnovaný vývoji europeizace trestního práva hmotného i procesního v rámci Evropské unie. The thesis covers the topic of the Europeanisation of substantive criminal law. The short introduction part is followed by the historical excursion devoted to the process of the Europeanisation of substantive and procedural criminal law in the European Union.
