Control of the Pump of the Milking Machine by a Frequency Converter

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení vývěvy dojicího stroje frekvenčním měničem. Teoretická část se věnuje stájím pro dojnice. Jsou zde stručně popsány zásady welfare a ustájení dojnic, ale i ostatního skotu. Je kladen důraz na popis jednotlivých typů dojíren a jsou vyzvednuty jejich výhody, ale i nevýhody. Hlavní část literární rešerše diplomové práce je věnována strojnímu dojení. Je popsán princip strojního dojení, regulace podtlaku a jednotlivé typy vývěv. Důraz je kladen také na pohon vývěv, a to asynchronní motory. V praktické části je srovnáván neřízený asynchronní motor s řízeným asynchronním motorem pomocí frekvenčního měniče během dojení. V této části diplomové práce je provedeno jak laboratorní měření, tak i měření v podniku. Na základě získaných hodnot jsou vyhodnoceny technické a ekonomické parametry jednotlivých způsobů řízení asynchronního motoru jak v laboratoři, tak i v terénu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of controlling the vacuum pump of the milking machine with the help of a frequency converter. The theoretical part deals with stables for dairy cows. The principles of welfare and housing of dairy cows, as well as other types of cattle, are briefly described here. Emphasis is placed on the description of individual types of milking parlours and their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. The main part of the literary research of the diploma thesis is devoted to machine milking. The principle of machine milking, vacuum regulation and individual types of vacuum pumps are described in this section. Stress is also put on the drive of vacuum cleaners, namely asynchronous motors. In the practical part, an uncontrolled asynchronous motor is compared with a controlled asynchronous motor using a frequency converter during milking. In this part of the thesis, both laboratory measurements and measurements in the company are performed. On the basis of the obtained values, the technical and economic parameters of the individual methods of controlling the asynchronous motor are subsequently evaluated both in the laboratory and in the field.
