The role of Probation and mediation service in criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zejména rozebrat a popsat úlohu Probační a mediační služby v trestním řízení. V návaznosti analyzuje činnost probačních úředníků a asistentů v přípravném řízení, v řízení před soudem a ve vykonávacím řízení v rámci střediska Probační a mediační služby Most. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny rozebírané oblasti, problematické aspekty a jejich možné řešení de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The aim of this theses is especially disassemble and describe the role of Probation and mediation service in criminal proceedings. Consequntly analyzes the activity of probation officers and assistants in pre-trual proceedings, proceeding infront of court and in enforcement proceedings as part of the service Most.
