Proposal of an Employee Benefits System and its Impact on the Taxation of a Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich dopad na zdanění ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav zaměstnaneckých benefitů na základě dotazníkového šetření a na interních informacích od společnosti. Na základě dotazníkového šetření jsou navrhované nové benefity, které zvýší motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Teoretická část je zpracovaná na základě literární rešerše, která poskytuje informace o odměňovaní, motivaci a jednotlivých druhů zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Pro zpracování této práce jsou využité tyto metody analýza, syntéza, dedukce, dotazníkové šetření a indukce. Výsledkem této práce je navržení nových zaměstnaneckých benefitů, které mají vést ke zlepšení spokojenosti a motivace jednotlivých zaměstnanců. Na základě vyšší spokojenosti a motivace to má pozitivní vliv na produktivitu společnosti a na konkurenceschopnost společnosti.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the design of the employee benefits system and they impact on taxation in a selected company. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the current status of employee benefits based on a questionnaire survey and internal information from the company. Based on the questionnaire survey, new benefits are proposed to increase the motivation and satisfaction of employees in the company. The theoretical part is process on a literature search which provides information about remuneration, motivation and individual types of employee benefits. The following methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, questionnaire survey and induction are used for to prepare this thesis. As a result of this work, new employee benefits are proposed to improve the satisfaction and motivation of individual employees. Based on the higher satisfaction and motivation, it has a positive effect on the productivity of the company and the competitiveness of the company.
