Abstract:

HOLBOVÁ, Terezie, DiS. Ošetřovatelská péče o novorozence s hyperbilirubinémií. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: doc. PhDr. Jitka Němcová, PhD. Praha. 2023. 53 s. Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o novorozence s hyperbilirubinémií. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis hyperbilirubinémie, patofyziologii vzniku, rizikové faktory, prevenci, nekonjugovanou a konjugovanou hyperbilirubinémii včetně jejich diagnostiky a léčby. Další kapitola definuje novorozence a popisuje ošetřovatelskou péči o novorozence od porodu až po fototerapii. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je stručně charakterizován ošetřovatelský proces. V praktické části je popsán ošetřovatelský proces u konkrétního novorozence s hyperbilirubinémií. Ošetřovatelská anamnéza je zpracována dle modelu Virginie Henderson. Ošetřovatelské diagnózy jsou stanoveny podle NANDA I taxonomie II 2018–2020. U vybraných ošetřovatelských diagnóz je stanovena priorita, cíle, očekávané výsledky, intervence, realizace a hodnocení.

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is Nursing Care of Newborns with Hyperbilirubinemia. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on the description of hyperbilirubinemia, pathophysiology, risk factors, prevention, unconjugated and conjugated hyperbilirubinemia, including their diagnostics and treatment. The next chapter defines the newborn and describes the nursing care of newborns from birth to phototherapy. The final chapter of the theoretical part briefly characterizes the nursing process. The practical part describes the nursing process of a specific newborn with hyperbilirubinemia. The nursing anamnesis is prepared according to the model of Virginia Henderson. Nursing diagnoses are determined according to the NANDA-I Taxonomy II 2018–2020. For selected nursing diagnoses is given a priority, goals, expected results, interventions, implementation and evaluation.
