Enzymatic Activity of Protease, Urease and Acid Phosphomonoesterase in Soils under the Influence of Traditional Forestry in the Study Area Hradisko (School Forest Enterprise Masaryk's Forest Křtiny)

Abstract:

V této práci je zkoumán vliv tradičních lesnických managementů na enzymatickou aktivitu proteázy, ureázy a kyselé fosfomonoesterázy na lokalitě Hradisko na ŠLP Masarykův les Křtiny. Na lokalitě byly vybudovány zkusné plochy, na kterých bylo aplikováno pět rozdílných managementů. Na nich byly zkoumány rozdíly v enzymatické aktivity v rámci let na jednotlivých managmentech a rozdíly managmentů mezi sebou. Aplikací tradičních lesnických managementů došlo ke statisticky významným rozdílům (P <0,05) v porovnávání enzymatické aktivity u kyselé fosfomonoesterázy a ureázy mezi kontrolami a historickými managementy. U proteázy se statisticky významné rozdíly projevily v druhém roce. U všech enzymů se projevily změny v enzymatické aktivitě v průběhu let. K největším výkyvům došlo v druhém roce měření a vyskytly se rozdíly v jednotlivých trendech mezi managementy. Také se projevily statisticky nevýznamné změny v dostupnosti dusíku a fosforu v půdě, která odpovídaly změnám v aktivitě enzymů. Také se projevily statisticky významné rozdíly v celková dostupnosti uhlíku na managmentech pasených a hrabaných.

Abstract:

This work was examined the influence of traditional forestry on the enzymatic activity of protease, urease and phosphomonoesterase enzymes in site Hradisko in ŠLP Masaryk Forest Křtiny. Location were created surveyed areas to, which five different management was applied. Were examined differences in enzymatic activity in individual years on individual managers and management differences between them. Applications traditional forest management there were statistically significant differences (P <0.05) in acid phosphomonoesterases and urease between control and historical manage. There were statistically significant differences in the protease only in the second year. All enzymes showed changes in enzymatic activity over the years. The largest fluctuations were achieved in second years and the differences measurement in individual trends between managements. There was also statistical insignificant difference in the nitrogen and phosphorus content of the soil, which were corresponded to a change in enzyme activity. There was also statistically significant difference in the total carbon content between grazing and raking managements and coppice and control managements
