Guaninový kvadruplex (G-kvadruplex) je jednou z nekanonických sekundárních struktur DNA, na kterou mohou být zacílena nová protinádorová léčiva. Abstract:
Guanine quadruplex (G-quadruplex) is one of the several non-canonical secondary structures of DNA. This structure can be also used as a therapeutic target in cancer treatment. For this and other reasons it would be great to develop a method for it’s successful quantification.
